What about Freitas fights vs Ramirez? Freitas was knocked down in that fight and came back to win by KO.

What about Freitas vs Barrios? Freitas was knocked down twice in that fight, once in round 11, the round in which he landed that memorable right hand on Barrios at the end of the round. Freitas came back to KO Barrios.

What about Freitas vs Nelson? Freitas was knocked down in the first round and came back to KO Nelson in the next round.

Then comes the Corrales fight. Freitas was winning the fight, then he gets floored in the 8th round. At this point Freitas is completely out of gas and has nothing left, just fighting on pure heart. He gets up. Then comes round 9. Freitas is dropped again and deducted a point in this round. Even more so exhausted, yet he kept fighting on. Then the 10th round came and Freitas was floored again. This time he called it quits. He had nothing left. He was exhausted and couldnt do nothing but keep getting knocked down.

He showed heart in his previous fights before Corrales and I actually think he showed some heart in the Corrales fight.

His upbringing brings exception to the rule, thats why we sympathize with him. He came from literally nothing to make himself into something, you may say "take your sob stories to the girls" but you never had to go through even close to what he went through, thats why we are saying what we are saying. Your making yourself look rediculous with that method of thinking.

Nobody was saying this **** when he got up to floor barrios in the 11th and 12th. Hes not a quitter, hes been down a few times and gotten up to do damage, its unfair to make that assessment

Listen, it's well known that you don't catch any heat for staying down. But he got up and walked away, which is so much worse. If you're down, who's to say how bad you're hurt? How many of Tyson's foes do you think were really unable to continue in so many of his early round KO's? Not many. If you just stay down, you save yourself a lot of trouble; that is, if you want to quit.

So ive schooled pros at my gym and seen plenty of pros schooled. Pros dont look at sparring like other people do. And its actually not that they are being schooled. They mainly just let the kid they are sparring work and help them out or work on their defense or whatever. They will spar hard with their official sparring partners, not some amateur from some random gym they went too. For example, i put it on some guy...i wont say his name but his annitials(spelling) are P.D. and he was robbed against Salita and Malignaggi.... But yea i put it on him when we sparred. Then he sparred some other middleweight pro that was thre, he is a welterweight, and kicked his ass. I know damn well he could have beat my ass too if he tried. But he just let me do what I do. He didnt care, eh had nothing to prove and neither did Freitas.
