De La Hoya Drops Tito, Wants Mayweather

The recognized “Golden Boy” of boxing Oscar De La Hoya says he is “leaning towards” Floyd Mayweather Jr in a fight he hopes to make next year after it became evident that former world champion Felix “Tito” Trinidad was demanding too much money for a fight and at a weight that De La Hoya couldn’t move up to. I'd laugh if Mayweather's team plays hardball with him too.

Mayweathers team can't hardball too much. No one is gonna get over oon Oscar. He brings the money and is the bigger draw and Floyd will have to give into Oscar weather he wants to or not if he want this fight. He won't won't come close to making the money Oscar will bring anywhere else.

This fight is gonna happen, there will be way to much money involved for it not to happen.

Yeah But DLH offered a big draw like Tito Trinidad 70/30. It makes you wonder what he'll offer Floyd. 95/5

I don't think he really wanted Tito with that riduculus demand. 60/40 I get, but he would be avenging a loss.
