Hatton got quiet. Let's face it. He was talking "I want Mayweather, I want Mayweather this year" then after he got schooled by Collazo he stopped calling out Floyd.

Mayweather proved himself against Judah. Judah is a world class opponent and Floyd UD him.

Who is Hatton fighting next? I bet a tune-up?
I'm not saying that Hatton will beat Floyd, but Collazo's size was a factor. He is a legit welter that is bigger and stronger. That is one thing about both Floyd and Hatton, they are both small welters. Collazo was a legit welter that could take a punch and Hatton still dropped him once, something that Floyd I don't beleive could do. He doesn't have much power to begin with, and moving up to welter he isn't gonna hurt a legit welter. Also, I get sick of people saying Judah is a wrold class opponent. Judah has a lways been so overrated. What the hell has he evr done to be called world class. beat Cory Spinks once, that is really impressive. He melts down in every major fight he is in. He has world calss talent, but if he can't menatally put it together, that talent doesn't mean ****. People want to make excuses and say that he wasn't trained and didn't take Baldy seriously. If he can't properly prepare and train right, with the biggest fight of his life on the line (floyd fight) that tells you all you need to know about the kind of fighter he is. Judah is a B fighter at best with all the talent but mentally can't put it together.

Also the Judah Floyd fight didn't mean as much after Baldy beat him. The fight lost all it's hype after that.

He turned down the biggest payday of his career against Margarito, and he hasn't lobbied for the best 140 lbers, Hatton or Cotto. Like I stated, he's lost steam, plus he's become a boring fighter that won't step up to a big challenge anymore. A headcase, Zab, gave him almost more than he could handle. All can say is he better have his head screwed on against Baldo.
now your talking ass, floyd offered hatton a fight more than once and guess what hatton and his camp turned it down.

There's plenty of fighters with no losses, dip****. I could be wrong, but I think Hatton might be undefeated. Oh, and he actually beat the undisputed champ and unified another belt. But you're right, that doesn't stack up to beating a washed-up C level fighter for a paper title, Floyd's the man at 140.

                .
why should he take the short money. Hatton aint P4P the best, Hatton aint the draw that Floyd is, what reasoning do u have for him to take short $$ to figt Hatton? Hatton should be knocking down his door to fight him, the best fighter in the world shouldn't have to chase down a WWE fighter.

Also it was his largest offer at the time, currently the baldomier offer is his largest purse. So he fights for the linear welter weight championship and a 8M dollar purse, which will make him the real champ at 147 instead beaten up another paper champion. i don't understand u people, 1st u criticize him for fighting for paper titles and when he chooses the real champion to fight for the most $$, yall criticize for that. the stuff yall come up with it!!

and the fact that it is 3 yrs later and Hatton and still saying we'll fight next year. Cotto doesn't even bring it up So that much covers 140. he'll be the man at 147 after Nov. 4th
