I was the only heavyweight in there so my coach was like 'okay, stretch and get the headgear.' he weighed 220 lbs. 6 ft 6 with a long reach. he told me he had 3 fights and no losses. i havent had my first fight yet, still trying to lose weight and get a little more stamina before i do that. a month ago I was 250-255, i gained a little weight back due to problems with g/f etc, so now im like 260. but when I started boxing 5 months ago, i weighed 320.

so, i should have really expected what happened, to have happened. He had like 4 friends there with him, so I shouldve expected him to come out hard in the 1st like he did, I was expecting him to feel me out and work on my slipping...he had a quick right hand though and nailed me pretty good early on, which is when I threw my game plan out the door and started swinging for the fences on him..

DOOOOD sweet man keep it up... i box amature as well but not as serious as that i have a carrer to take care of. nice jab i might add!!! i totoally wanted you to wobble him or something....i dunno he seemed to fight with alot more attitude than you.....he looked at it more like a fight instead of boxing. i think with a little more training and some smart defensive tactics as well as sharpening up on those punches next time you two meet his ass is out! good stuff man !!! upload more when you get better.....start swimming that will increase your cardio 10 fold! keep it up bro!!!! and some advice left hook.... he was open alllllll night long!!!!! set it up with a jab and slip that badboy in there!! it will help you keep control and move around counter clockwise (circle) keep him in you power zone and then a nice one two would do the trick, right down the pipe!!!! always set him up with your jab! and then rest just flows!

(updated version with slow motion replays)

I didn't do any kind of speed to lose to weight. what I did was so effective, that I remember someone saying they thought I did drugs to lose the weight. I didn't though, I would just wake up with a 1 mile fast pace run on grass, eat, goto work, eat a small lunch, usually a turkey on wheat type sandwich from subway, then at 4 I'd eat some ramen noodles, I'd take an animal pak after that, then boxing from 6 to 8, then after that i'd come home and run another quick mile on grass, come home, drink a glass of pentabosol (fills u up), then about 40 ozs of this calorie countdown milk (basically a watered down milk but contains lots of protein)

some nights i'd go on longer runs though, and some nights i'd go on a 3rd run real late at night, around 12-1am sometimes. maybe once a week i'd do that.

milk sedated me to where i assed out shortly after that.
