How the hell do you download it? It just says the file description, size, and name. There's no "Download now" or any button that I press to download it.

Oh yeah, are either of you wearing boxing shoes? My trainer wouldn't let us in the ring without them. Do you feel yourself getting tired everytime you push the guy off? Because to me, I'd imagine that would sap a lot of energy out of you constantly pushing him off. Do you realize that? Does it effect your stamina?
im wearing some old new balances. I need to get some boxing shoes. the pushing is very tiring.

as for how to download it, the link is right under 'Here are your download options'

How often are you going to post this? This is at least the second website and third thread you have started trying to get attention for this sparring session. By the way, your link on maxboxing didn't work.

Honestly bro you need a lot of work. You telegraph your jab and it is really slow. That was a very very sloppy sparring session. I just expected more out of you because of your previous posts saying your a natural and making yourself seem really good and talented. You got a lot of work to do but thanks for the video.

The real question here is how that ninja you was fighting is 3-0, he sucks.

Not trying to rag on you but it was really sloppy.
But I give you respect for stepping in between those ropes.

take balls to get in the ring man and fight ya ass off like your life was on the line! haha obviously u a novice and i cong**** you on your efforts & being able to put it online for us to see.
However, u do need alot of work, with correct trainer you will be come more efficient, conserve energy and have stronger straighter punches.
a little tip for novice heavy weights: When your opponent throws one big hay maker, relax, block, poise yourself then launch ur attack and throw punches in bunches. once u have throws ur 3, 4, or 5 punch combo, hold or move away to the side and let the clumsy heavyweight throw another lowsy haymacker
