The Eubank one was probably the most stylish - love him or hate him, the man was an original.

My favourite was probably Ray 'Boom Boom' Mancini VS Arturo Frias for the Lightweight championship.

Frias, the defending champ, came out & tried to knock out Mancini in the first round, repeatedly rocking him with hard, accurate shots,
but Mancini just gritted his teeth & blasted him back.

Seconds later it's Mancini getting on target, & delivers a series of devastating left hooks, KO'ing Frias.

One of the most action packed 2 minutes you'll ever see.

Even though this fight didnt end in the 1st round, I thought it was worth a mention - Dempsey v Willard. Willard was knocked down 7 times in the 1st round. Back then you didnt have to wait in a neutral corner after a knock down, so every time Willard was knocked down, Dempsey was hovering above him with his fists ****ed back waiting for him to rise to his feet so he could knock him straight back down again.
