It's best to view a fight in its entirety, but thanx anyway because I haven't seen the fight since it happened.

What about the 2nd fight, did he lose that too?

Also, other fighters have been given "gift" decisions if that is what you think it is...some think Chavez was given some "gift" decisions as well as the undefeated Rocky Marciano, Roland LaStarza (I)

I also wonder how true it was that he fought with a sholder injury (to his right side)...it was supposedly known before the fight

One of the worlds unsolved mysteries, we may never know. But on the real I think he might have because he handled Castillo pretty easy the second time around.

Broken hand foot eye whatever, he chose to take the fight and took Castillo lightly the first time around and paid for it. Hes not the only guy in the world to ever fight through an injury. Lets not give him excuses for losing his first fight ever. I know you guys want him to have a perfect record and everything, but I hate to break it to you, he really lost that fight. He was given a gift. The second time, yes, Mayweather did take care of Castillo, but we're not talkign about that fight we're talking about the first one. You Mayweathers lovers just better be happy that the fight took place in LV else ur prize fighter would have 1 blemish on his record.

First, I am not a Mayweather lover...I like his skills, but can care less if he goes undfeated...I don't think he is the "Greatest Fighter to ever live", at least not at this point, and for him to be considered that in my eyes, he is going to have to do more than what he is doing, but even then, I just don't think he is on the skill level of a Robinson.

Second, you say "lets not give him the excuse", well it is a valid "excuse" if it is true, or at least an understanding as to why he didn't look like his usual self...since he did win the second fight more clearly, which a lot those that rip on Floyd forget or don't like to mention, it does show that there was the possiblity that Floyd had an "Off night" either do to injury or whatever the reason may be...that doesn't mean Castillo didn't have an "Off Night" either for the second fight.

It is also probably harder than you think to cancel a fight so close to fight time...a lot of money is being invested in the fight, people get pissed, including the fans that spent so much time and money with plane tickets and hotel rooms
