At LW, JCC would knock him out.

He was too persistant with the right hand, and would find Duran all night. Duran had a weakness for crisp punches over the top, and he'd get caught leaning into a punch.

Duran would beat Chavez down. Not to many people could be Duran unless was a extremely good boxer like Ray Leornard, Benitez or Hit man. Duran was a beast below middle weight.

as for duran chaves...anyone who knows half of boxing would know duran would waste chaves just for the fact that duran could do it ALL ...ALL OF IT!

chaves was good at all of it but he was best at slugging ...duran was best at ALL OF IT! thats why he was champ for 7 years ...

they were both in there primes at lightweight
