[QUOTE=JoartCC2;1805494]PAC should never sign with a ***** like Hoya. Hoya is no better than Don King.[/QUOTE

How can you say Oscar is no better than King? That is a ridiculous statement. When has Oscar ever ****ed over one of his people and ****ed them out of money. He obviously is doing something right if some of the top fighters in boxing are signing with him. Sounds to me like your just an Oscar hater, and your comment about him being no better than King is ignorant. Definately just a hater!!!!!!!!

      No.

      I'm not.

It's all plain and basic common sense dude.

A guy who cannot keep his word cannot be trusted.

Hoya has had his fair share of back-offs.

One cannot trust a guy who has no word of honor.

        Good question.

If a guy can easily ban his own country's gloves just to gain an edge, then calculate the chances of him screwing up a fighter not of his own country.

        Plain and basic common sense.

I'm assumig that you are talking about negotiating the Barerra vs. Juarez fight to use the Everlast gloves instead of the Reyes gloves. I mean correct me if I am wrong. if that is the case how can you use that as a valid complaint, because both fighters agreed to use them. Juarez didn't debate the negotiation. Maybe this isn't what your talking about, so like I said correct me if I'm worng.

              Hay.............

Do I need to explain this to you? I thought these little issues no longer need be discussed as it is already your responsibility to delve into it deeply on your own.

Juarez didn't complain because he simply CANNOT. Unlike PAC he has nothing to bring into the table and can demand nothing. Juarez refuses, then it's over. Hoya was able to pressure Juarez' camp to use non-reyes gloves because Juarez has no say in the matter.

But let's dispense with these agreement-non-agreement factor. It is trivial afterall.

When it all comes down to the bottomline.

The fact that Hoya is willing to trade Mexican-made gloves, to shed it off, and even to the point of banning them, shows you how much of a ***** Hoya is.

Integrity is a very rare character among men. A lot of boxers have been screwed up by the likes of Don King and company. Hoya is no better.

Remember this, whether Juarez agreed or not is of no matter.

The fact that Hoya is more than willing to trade off the gloves just to get an edge proves bad faith and a sign that this guy doesn't play it fair.

Plain and basic actually. Plus PAC is better off in his management team. They do cost a lot. But they have performed their duties well.

You can't hate on a guy for wanting to negotiate an advantage for his fighter, that is his job as a promoter. I agree that i would have liked to see Juarez wear the gloves of his choice, but I really don't think it would have mattered the way Barerra fought that fight. He didnt give Rocky the chance to fight the same type of fight as the first one, and Rocky didn't do much to try and pressure him, so the gloves weren't gonna make a difference. I think you are exagerating to say that Oscar is on the level of someone as diret and crooked as Don King. I think he is doing a lot better job than both King and Arum. It sounds to me like you are an Oscar hater to put him in that category. I think he will do good for Pac and he will continue to get him big fights and more money. At leats now for PAC it will be easier for him to get the Barerra fight, because you know as well as i do how difficult it would have been if he was still with Arum being the bad blood they have between each other.
