Just watched Miranda-Abraham

ummm I seen the fight. Miranda was missing a lot, sure, but also landing a lot. He was sitting there putting in work, landing and missing, while Abraham sat on the ropes and did nothing. I also find it hilarious you think Abraham could have won 7 rounds. And Miranda also said he wants to file a protest.

Abraham was constantly countering and had miranda on the ropes again in the 9th, to say he was landing nothing atall is ridiculous, i suppose miranda's closed eye was caused by all the "hugging"

Abraham fought 20 seconds of every round. LOL who cares if he had him on the ropes, he had him on the ropes for a few seconds. Miranda had Abraham on the ropes all night long. Yea Mirandas eye was swollen from being hit in them little 10-20 second surges that Abraham woul come with. Sorry I just dont think you can win a fight by fighting a few seconds of every round and laying on the ropes all night.

But there is no point in arguing with you, this could go on forever. Have a nice life.

im in the process of watching the fight right now, and from what i have seen so far (im at the end of the 5th round) i can at least say that headbutt was totally 100% INTENTIONAL.

Abraham's face is hard to judge. His eyes, nose are fine at the end of the fight. His cheekbones show some light swelling, but that can be partially from his jaw. His jaw is outrageously swollen, but if you're jaw breaks it's going to do that, even if it's only from one shot. It's hard to say if it's really swollen because of an accumulation of punches, or just because it's broken. Throughout the fight, the blood on his face is just the blood from his mouth. He's not cut or swollen. You can't necessarily judge who won a fight by looking at the fighters faces. I'd say most of the damage done to Abraham was done in the last three rounds, and with whatever shot broke his jaw early. There weren't any points in the fight where Miranda was putting together good combinations of solid shots. He was definitely landing a good amount late in the fight, but Abraham was doing a pretty good job of hanging on, and evading/smothering most of the attack.

I have it a round each after 2....Miranda clearly won the 2nd round and I read so many give it to AA.

i had the fight 115-110 Abraham,wot u need 2 understand is Miranda threw alot,but hardly landed anything,similar 2 the Winky vs Mosley fight,Mosley kept throwin but was hittin arms,while Winky was connecting nicely,everytime Abraham connected Miranda would back of like hes hurt,he did get hurt a few times,Miranda threw more,but landed less,Abrahams punches were short,crisp and accurate,i score the fight fairly i dont score it 4 d guy im goin for,but Abraham clearly won,i was on another website,even the Miranda fans said Abraham was 2 technical for him,which is true

It was caused by that massive punch in the 3rd, i'm not denying that, although i do think it was worsened by that headbutt, which wasn't that hard, but hard enough to do damage to an already broken bone.

ok, i scored the fight 115-108 for abraham. it was a pretty close fight but very unentertaining IMO. i understand AA's jaw was broken, but he was in survival mode ever since he broke his jaw. but he landed the cleaner more noticable punches, most of miranda's punches landed on abraham's gloves.

the headbutt was totally intentional. most of the low blows were intentional, too, but the one in the 11th wasnt really, and i think abraham overreacted just to get more time to rest.

abraham has the heart of a warrior, a chin of concrete, heavy hands, and plenty of technique and skill. but as good as he is, this was obviously not his finest hour, but it should have been. if there were not fouls and no points were deducted, abraham would've won 7 rounds to 5, but it couldve been a draw.

miranda ****ed up. hes a dirty fighter and gets frustrated easily. his chin is less than average and his stamina is questionable. but he hits hard and is extremely aggressive, up to the point where its almost unsportsmanlike.

miranda lost and he lost dishonorably. he allowed himself to lose a lot of points, he got frustrated, and he doesnt know how to handle boxers. hes pretty much a one trick pony; if he cant knock you out, he probly cant do much else.

overall, i didnt really enjoy the fight. it was marred by fouls, long time outs, and inconsistency. i do think a rematch should take place and miranda better clean up his ****in act.
