Pac-Barrera 2: Can there be an ISSUE ABOUT GLOVES?

1. It is being reported that GBoy Promotions has banned the use of Reyes Gloves in all its promotions.

2. MAB is a GBP fighter.

3. Reyes gloves are Pac's favorites.

If GBP promotes Pac-MAB 2, will there by an issue?

If there will be, how shall that be resolved?

If they do fight, I imagine it would be co-promoted by Manny's promotion company, so it's not out of the question for them to wear Reyes gloves.

bring on the reyes gloves. he proved that he can beat a fighter with those gloves on, the excuses he made when he lost to morales, he backed it up by knocking him out. barrera don't stand a chance. GBoy Promotions is as wack as De La Hoya avoiding ANTONIO MARGARITO. =)

First I am hearing about the new rule that they are increasing the glove size, now Goldy is banning "Reyes" gloves for anybody that fights his opponents.

I have a question for Goldy, HOW THE HELL ARE YOU GOING TO SAY THAT YOU CAN'T WEAR MEXICAN GLOVES...HOW IS MARCO GOING TO EXPLAIN THIS?...

I bet Goldy was the one who told Marco to not act Mexican tonight, "Don't fight toe to toe Marco, run, run, from the American" ...that is why Morales has always been my favorite Mexican in recent years...the guy has Cojones the size of watermelons...Barrera and Marquez didn't make that rematch, but my boy Eric did...though I think it is ****** to fight at the weight suggested since Eric looks drained at that weight...I blame the Pacman people for not allowing it, just like I blame Chico's people for trying to get Castillo to fight at such a light-weight.


Why not have head-gear and the bigger gloves that you use in sparring?

I think Floyd is right about the gloves when he said, why are you going to change the tradition of the sport by increasing the glove size...you know heavyweights used to wear 8 oz gloves, those were the days

For a Mexican Hoya and MAB should be ashamed of themselves.

How low and undignified can sissy Hoya and ***** MAB could be.

WHy are they so ashamed of using their own MEXICAN ****ing gloves. Talk about being ashamed of your own country's product.

It just shows that the Mexican creators of the Reyes gloves invented a glove type which suits exceptional punchers. Shame on Hoya for banning his own race' product.

I think the reason they gave was because Barrera has a contract with Everlast of something like that. Juarez should have fought that because in Las Vegas a fighter can wear his glove of choice unless stated in the contract.
