I think it should be a good fight. I think Cotto will pull it out but Quintana is good.

Cotto has knocked off all kinds of prosects. He knocked off olympic gold medalist Abdulaev, undefeated olympian Kelson Pinto, undefeated power puncher Ricardo Torres, undefeated Carlos Maussa, undefeated Paulie Malignaggi, former world champs, world champs, veterans, slick south paws, fast fighters, ko punchers, awkard fighters, taller fighters. Cotto has fought all kinds of good fighters and different kinds of fighters and he is 27-0. Cotto has fought much better competition than Quintana for sure.

          Who else is available?

Collazo wouldn't be for a title
Harris couldn't come to terms because he wants Hlatshwayo
Quintana wouldn't step aside so he could fight Urkal
Urkal stepped aside so Cotto could fight Quintana
Cintron is fighting Suarez for IBF title
PBF, Baldy, Margarito, and Clottey are out.

That leaves Judah, Paul Williams, and Quintana. The only one that would be a title fight is Quintana so why not fight him?

I hope this fight gets made. This would be a good fight and a good test for Cotto. I'm not quite sure who I'd pick I guess I'd have to go with Cottto, but wouldn't be surprised to see Quintana pull off the upset.
Agreed. This along would Clottey/Margarito is gonna be a great card.

BTW, is that Juan Diaz in your avator?

I much rather see him against Collazo in his first WW fight than Quintana. Quintana is the better boxer in my opinion and has more power. This is a very dangerous fight for Cotto, considering he hasn't been punched by a natural WW with power. On the other hand, Cotto and Julio are very different, Cotto cuts the ring off well, buts together good combinations and is better coming in.
