You refer to mutual opponents that Cotto and Witter had however you dismiss the mutual opponent Hatton and Cotto had. Cotto's domination of Maussa was more complete than Hattons was.
but hatton went a different way to cotoo for maussa and do ppl forget how both fights ended?
    just to remind u
cotto tko 8th round because of cuts
hatton KO 9th round maussa out cold in the corner

Cuts and the fact that Maussa was so totally dominated that there was no reason for it to continue. If Maussa was more competitive and the fight closer then the fight would've continued.

However, that is not the point I was trying to make. All I'm saying is that, the common opponent logic was already used in an argument as to why Witter could "Live With" Cotto.

But then they fail to mention that Cotto beat Maussa and made it look like a sparring session. I'm not saying its a valid argument all I'm saying is that if you use that type of logic then it should be used in both cases.

Hatton's head wasn't screwed on right that night (why am I always forced to stick up for the Paler? I reckon he's P4P "most nonsense talked about him on BS" fighter) but the ending was conclusive. Cotto stopped Maussa on cuts only. Hatton laid him out. But I kind of take your point.

Agree with you there......I was just saying that N'Dou fights is not a measuring stick for either Witter or Cotto and neither is Maussa.

Witter is certainly not as skilled or talented as Hatton, but he can punch.. and Hatton can get punched.

Hatton has been dodging (not ducking--there is a difference between ducking and dodging) Witter for years. He will NEVER fight Witter, and that's fact.

Oh, please. Witter's pay demands were absolutely laughable so Warren basically told him to **** off, grow up and get real.

Witter actually thinks he's some kind of huge name and can demand ****** money, he's delusional because actually nobody knows who he is outside of boxing - even in his hometown, very few know who he is. And he has next to no fan base.

Witter has been disrespecting Hatton for six, seven years and if I was Hatton I would not want to give him a big payday in Manchester..
