The only fight's that make sense for Paq is a 3rd with Morales and a Second with Marquez and one or a series with Robert Guererro before Paq get's into his 30's..
so if barrera retired after pac, he would not have been a 3 weight world champion by beatin morales at 130lbs, he would not have unified titles at 130lbs by beating peden, yet you think he should have retired after losing to pacquiao

Count up the amount of time if that makes you feel better, but my point is that people who question Barrera with regards to avoiding Pacquiao 'completely' should take another look over his career. You probably know your stuff about the fight game JoartCC2 but try to understand what i've stated before you talk about plain and basic common sense.
Can't you use the most basic and plain of common sense dude? Did you go to school?

Excuses are validated if you validate them. And in this case... IMMEDIATELY.

3 years is not exactly IMMEDIATELY.

No matter. If MAB takes it into his head that he wants PAC again.

PAC will erase his earlier record of worst elite to elite beatings of all time.

hopefully, barrera can convince himself that on the back of his mind he can beat pac.

                  At this point in time.

When PAC has that vicious manila ice which makes orthodox fighters look ******. When he has the ability to negate... nay... render useless his opponent's jabs using overhand right hooks.

When he has the ability to use his lighting reflexes to be a defensive boxer at the same time maintaining his high-volume power punching.

                  I don't think so.

It's like convincing the moon to become the stars.

Plus the fact that MAB will surely gas out halfway as PAC will surely jump on him and ram him straight on every second of every round.
