But tito is old, and has been out of boxing for too long.
Do you honestly want to see him come back against Oscar?

Yeah, but after his loss to Winky you think people(other then hardcore fans) want to see him again. What I was saying is that it's not about who can bring sales to the fight, DLH can do that on his own, it's about how he can punctuate his legacy, & I think a Tito rematch would end with more criticism, then respect, win or lose.

I'm not Mexican nor PR and I would like to see it.

De La Hoya easily controlled the first fight and deserved a victory. The rematch will be a blowout. I'd pick Oscar to knock him out in all honesty. Trinidad has been completely outclassed by the three best boxers he fought, stopped by one, dropped a decision to one, and got a bull**** decision against this one, which is the only reason a rematch is even being discussed. This fight won't do anything for DLH's legacy because Trinidad was already embarrassed twice since his embarrassing should-have-been defeat against Oscar. Mayweather is undefeated and the pound for pound king. Mayweather-DLH is the fight to make. If Oscar fights Trinidad, I'll never be able to find it in my heart to forgive him. Not after talking about fighting Mayweather for so long and bailing out. I know Oscar doesn't want to retire with a loss to Mayweather, but going out with an easy win over Trinidad means less to me than a close loss to Mayweather, who could be one of the top 3 greatest fighters of all time by the time he retires. I'll lose a lot of respect for Oscar if this Trinidad fight happens, and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone in that.

Truthfully maybe its a part of plan to hypn the action ass well as if Baldomir won Mayweather. Because that is the way to sell PPV and make a bigger action by considering Tito

alway keep plan B if plan A didnt work out.

If Mayweather won the plan A when smoothly but if something happen Mayweather may schduel a rematch and DHL will fight Tito.

My opoin is that Tito depend too much on his power and is always trying to hard to KO some boxer but no all of them will work that way because no all will go toe-to-toe. It is very easy to spot when he is trying to prepare a left hook and that could be his biggest con.

NO need to be pissed off diego we all know that DLH is just playing mind games with PBF, there's no way DLH is fighting Tito who is coming off from inactivity. He won't gain any stature out of it.

DLH said, "if Tito or PBF won't fight him in May then he is retiring", as simple as that.

But looking into this deeply, he's just sending a message to PBF not to try and ***** about money. Because PBF doesn't mean **** to him. I mean with or with out PBF, DLH has already earned his place in this sports history.

I disagree with Oscar's place in history

From what he has said after the Mayorga fight, if he wimps out of PBF and chooses Tito, he will be remembered for ending his career not willing to take on the best.

A seven time title holder and the biggest draw in the modern times of boxing up to his retirement, not assured of a place in the history of the sport? You're kidding dude.

Analyze that statement, "IF he wimps out of PBF and choose Tito"

Well he is not wimping out and he is not choosing Tito in favor of PBF. If the his fight against PBF doesn't materialize it's not because DLH is running scared but it's because PBF is bitching about money.

So . . . would that affect DLH career? NAH I don't think so.

I agree Tito is a bigger draw than PBF for sure, But in order for this fight to be competitive (if it happens) Tito needs to get a good trainer and he must have some tune up fights or at least fight a bum then fight DLH but the trainer is a must thats what hurt him the most in his losses, he didnt have a plan B his pops didnt tell him anything usefull a good trainers adds alot to a fighter and thats what Tito needs I dont think DLH or Tito are washed up, I think Tito fell off way more than DLH but thats due to lack of activity not age. And for the record I think DLH will beat PBF.
