Hamed gets splattered in this one. Hamed is basically a fake.

He fought bums and no ones and has beens. Against real elites, he gets splattered.

Social life must mean im avoiding the question.

Anyway to answer your point, Naseem fought people who were at the time rated as top contenders to his title's. Its no use looking back now and saying "well they didnt turn out to be anything, so they arent 'names'"... If they were a top contender then Naseem faced them at the time. He was considered as the best Featherweight in the world up until he lost. Would you like to dispute this fact with me?
this is bull****, only great fighter Naz faced, he was schooled.

That tells me you cant do this...

I beg to differ especially as far as Morales is concerned.

In 1995 Morales was NABF champ and while that may not be all that big neither was Hamed's International WBC title.

in 1997 Morales became the recognized champion at 122 lbs by stopping champion Daniel Zaragoza who had defended successfully against McCullough.

In 1998 Morales Stopped Marco Antonio Barrera Conqueror, Junior Jones in 4 rds.

In 1999 He became the first and only man to stop PR Prospect Angel Chacon

In the same year he stopped Hot prospect Juan Carlos Ramirez in a war.

He closed out the year by giving Wayne McCullough a beating.

Awsome post. I want to add he fought beat the tough John Lowey, some Irish fighter that Morales beat handedly but got my respect in his performance against Morales. Especially the first round, where he rushed Morales, that took balls.

Morales and Barrera would have beat Hamed at any time.

But you claim to not see him fight and i've seen Hamed fight. Early on, and you can't say the same about Morales thats the difference. Hamed was with Showtime for awhile, he cause he wasn't impressive enough for hbo yet. So, as i've said, Hamed wasn't that impressive even early on. Im talking about his time from his fight with Alicia, T. Johnson, and on. edit; in some fights he wasn't as impressive as he was in others.

Its amazing how little people know about this...

Ferocity, Morales beat the tough John Lowey? He got your respect in that bout because he was tough?

Thats like me saying, "Hamed beat the tough Daniel Molina, in 2 rounds, when Morales went 6 and Marquez went 8 with him...".

I don't think its the same. And don't get me wrong i respect hamed he beat some good fighters. But i don't think he'd beat Morales or Barrera. But Hamed is back and he can still change our minds by fighting. He can fight Marquez, a fight that should have been made years ago. Im sure Marquez will go to europe and fight him their.

Hamed would have beaten Lowey too.

Lowey got got my respect cause heres this skinny, old looking fighter and he rushs in on Morales hes gets out classed but that first round he surprised everybody including me, have you seen this fight?

Well I dont think he is back. I havent seen the Lowey fight... but a lot of people have good chins and heart but not the skill to go with it... you'll be surprised about those things. The average Joe on the street could have a good chin... because chin isnt developed in the gym its largely gentics.

Anyway, I feel the argument has gotten to the level of beating something thats already dead. So unless someone has something new to bring to the table... im bored now.

exige ur a good poster and all, but ur totally wrong..

MAB exploited NAZ.. the first round was like oooooo ****tt.. naz is an excellent entertainer and puncher with speed.. but he cant hang with the big boys sorry.. did u see MABs gameface? Doode looked like he was in there to kill..

i think morales wouldve knocked him out. He definately has the better chin n he would fight less carefull than MAB..

                      thats my 2cents..
