    P4P ratings are overrated and heavyweights are under appreciated

    It's not like Floyd Mayweather is going to step up to heavyweight, walk across the ring and KO Sergei.

      No he's not but he's more exciting to watch then some out of shape big men hugging each other for 12 rounds.

        Heavyweights don't drop down in weight, unless they cannot cut it and go to cruiser. The heavyweight Champion is the top prize figher in the world. People forget that.

                How so? Who is going to step up from middleweight or from wherever and become heavyeight Champion. Being a large draw does not make you better fighter. The biggest draw in boxing might be Arturro Gatti or Manny Pacquioa and I don't think either of them are going to step up to heavyweight and dominate the divison.

                    They don't have to move up to heavyweight to get recognition. They are getting more recognition and money where they are now.
