True, but you have to admit that he lost to two of the best defensive fighters of this era...

I'm a huge DLH fan, but I damn sure don't want to see the Tito fight over the Mayweather fight, I don't want to see a Tito rematch at all, but that's just me.

Absolutely, but saying you lost and not even competitive are two different things and at no time in those two fights was Tito Competitive.

What you failed too mention is that your boy cant box...2 super fights with Winky and Bernard and both could have been turned off after 3 rounds and not by just boxing fans but by Puerto Rican boxing fans as well.

Oscar fades like a suit and Tito is very limited when he is not in with a guy that is not willing to mix it up a bit.

Your right PR, I'll take Mayweather vs. Goldie too, good post!
I thought the fight with Hopkins was entertaining. Oscar looked HORRIBLE against Nard, too. He is just a very difficult fighter with an awkward style. Every fighter looks bad against him, even Taylor in his two wins looked horrible. Tarver looked like an amateur. Let's give credit where credit is due: Nard is very difficult. It's not that Tito cannot handle someone that "mixes it up."

He handled Whitaker, Reid, and Camacho; all fighters known for their boxing abilities. Winky was just too good for Tito as I'm sure his style would throw De La Hoya off his game as well and probably win 9 or 10 rounds against him.

However, I think that at their current age, Tito would KO DLH as power is the last thing to go but Oscar cannot box like he used to. That's why he took Mayweather as his corner so he could learn to roll his shoulder. But, the first fight was kind of boring and I think the second has a chance to be worse as both fighters are in their mid 30's now.

Oscar actully looked pretty good against hopkins, and that was after the worst preformance of his career.

Now, Now. Just because their in their thirties does not mean they are done, Does Augustus ring a bell? When they are at that age, they have more to prove, so I doubt that if the rematch happens, it will be a snooze fest like all of Nard's fights. Now I admit it, I admire tito and what he has done for the sport and for the PR fighters, but he will definately tarnish his reord with a third loss. He needs to stay retired and not give Oscar the chance to vindicate himself ( which I doubt he will ) but a lucky punch can be landed by anybody. Now as far as winky being too good for tito; No, that wasn't the case, tito just underestimated winky and got owned, it was actually sad to see. But it happened. Now I tell you this, if tito does come back(and I hope he doesn't) and beats DLH he should call out winky, I tell you that a well focused trinidad would kill winky in the early rounds.
