    Final Thoughts...

I think the Heavyweight Era is done here in America.

It is now onto Golden Boy/DLH and Floyd Mayweather to get the casual fight fan back into the sport and save boxing.

This crap has been happening too often, at least 1 out of 4 or 5 big cards this year.

Im just trying to understand the rationality of Toney/Peters, cuz i cant make myself believe that a few BIG GAMBLERS can buy off judges that easily.

If anything, the WBC is being bought out.
How many people put money on Sam winning a decision? Hell, every poll I saw was either Toney by decision or Peter by knockout. This fight was fixed through those judges and there is no doubt in my mind. Two of the three were paid off and that’s exactly what it took for Peter to win it. 116-111 after the point deduction? **** that’s enough for me. I’m done spending my time and money on the next coming of the WWE. I can’t stand wrestling so fans that are like me will start dying off very soon, if they haven’t already. Sorry to be so spiteful about this, but I think after all the years I have invested in boxing that I deserve the right to publicly complain. I thank this forum for giving me the right to do so.

You are doing a masterful job doing it my friend.

And I wish Don King, Bob Arum, DLH, and all other big names

          WBC, IBF, WBA, WBO

COULD READ ALL THIS and try to understand what they have come to, that a well-informed, devoted hardcore boxing fan is gonna hang his gloves for good.

IT IS A SAD THOUGHT, cuz you arnt the only one, others just go out quietly.

Somewhere in a gym lys a great heavyweight and he is American and when he is seen he will domintate for years and years, bringing many to take to boxing, his skill, power and speed will amaze the whole world. And once again boxing will be the sole major sport in the Country. This is no lie, this is no dream, but the truth.

The lighter weight will have even greater fighters, for they have seen the greats that came before them.

Boxing will live, today, tommorrow and forever.

until we find that diamond in the rough, and during the time that we have to shine him up, it will be GB/DLH and PBF that will carry boxing above water so it doesnt drown.

                  True!

But i was mainly refering to the Heavyweights. Most normal Joes, only care for the Heavyweights cause thats what the media tells them and reports most of the time.

The p4p was made to describe SRR, but i also heard it was to gather attention to the smaller fighters. Though to be honest, I've never seen a p4p list from Robinsons era, soley that SRR is "THE" P4P FIGHTER IN ALL BOXING and is no other. OF course i may be wrong, i i've never seen a full list.
