If you get hit with jabs and straights throughtout the entire round, but land one or two big shots and hurt the guy, you still lose the round. That's a huge misconception, but obviously some judges score that way. You should have to go through like 12 interviews to be licensed as a judge. Then this other dude sayin' Peter clearly won... he's a big 50 Cent fan. Peter won this fight about like 50's a real gangsta. Peter got a gift. 50's a snitch that makes commercial records and movies about **** he's seen in movies. That dude's the fakest, and his die-hard fans are sheep. He got stabbed by Black Child of Murder Inc., then went and got a restraining order. He ain't out there livin' in the hood. He lives in Mike Tyson's old mansion in Connecticut. He's fake... He's whack... He's a Studio Gangsta... And you don't know **** about boxing, you ****in' follower. If you wanna argue with me, back up your evidence with facts.

It seems you only have to bribe 2 judges, or hire 2 blind man to win a fight...

Very close fight but Peter edged it out. A draw wouldn't have been a bad decision either.

If you had Peter winning, your opinion means jack **** on this site from this day forward. I'm talking to you, Kid Achilles. You're a joke.

I didn't get to see the fight (it is tough to find a bar that has Showtime ppv) so I didn't vote. I must say though, I am surprised at the overwhelming number of people who had Toney winning. I've read a few articles on the internet, including the round by round and article on BS.com, and none of them really complained about the decision. I don't even think that 90% of the people on this site would have agreed that Quartey-Forrest was a bad decision, yet those are the results for this poll. Now I am even more interested in seeing the fight, and I will comment after I see it, but I would like to remind people once again, there is a difference between a controversial decision and a rip-off.

people constantly hate on toney. if this dude was 20-25 lbs lighter hed be the best pound for pound fighter in the game.
theres no way in hell anyone should have scored the fight 116-11 for peter unless they had other motives. even if you didnt think toney won the fight then it should have atleast been a draw.
might as well already know the outcome of fights before they happen from now on. judges are not going to score the fight for the old fighter with only a couple fights left in him if hes up against an up and coming fighter like peter. this is becoming more obvious each fight this yr. look at the hatton/collazo fight...dude got a gift decision, and no of course it didnt have to do with the fact that hattons a big draw and signed a big contract with HBO. like i said dude got a gift decision, and the same goes for peter, they dont want to keep losing young heavyweights, expecially not american heavyweights, if it means that there gonna give the fight to a 38 yr old out of shape fighter who only has a few fights left. real talk
