Stylistically Toney is A Nightmare For Peter

Many people are pouring flames on Toney’s funeral pyre ahead of this weekend’s big clash at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles, where Toney takes on Samuel Peter of Nigeria, yet they may have stoked up a different kind of fire inside of Toney. Come Saturday we will not be putting Toney on the pyre, he will, instead, be standing over it cooking up more choice cuts from his incredible heavyweight journey. Toney turning up for a cremation and not cooking himself some marvellous stuff to make his mouth water is not an option. [details]

Peter better step up his game if he even dreams of winning this fight.

Toney by decision is my pick. I don't think anybody will get knocked out.

Toney by decision should be the outcome here. Peter is massively overhyped and is so limited it is untrue. Toney's chin could go or his body could fade but even then it is unlikely that Peter will be able to exploit this. Where was Peter's fabled power when he fought Wlad "Heart-Chin Transplant" Required Klitschko?

Peter could have beaten Wladimir if he didn't get exhausted. He knocked Wladimir down at least twice I know of.

solid write up.. most people just don't see it, or they'd like to ignore it in hopes (and hope, being the keyword) that Peter can be some kind of new "KO Draw" in the division.. not with Toney

Toney has everything it takes to win this fight.

I have heard that he has been training at high altitude and possibly even with Pandas.

For awhile, I had a hard time picking a winner in this fight as it comes down to power against skill but Toney is Toney and as long as he can come into this fight in good shape, I think I have to lean towards him. I saw Toney by UD.

or they just don't understand boxing. anybody who knows jack **** about the sport realized this style advantage Toney had back when the fight was first signed.
