I left Hatton out because Hatton has probably missed his opportunity by turning Floyd down a couple times.

True, but only in a perfect world will that ever happen. If he beats winky at 154 then he'd have my vote as one of the greatest of all time, but if he beat Taylor at 160 then he'd be at the top of my all time greats list.

I don't even think Floyd will fight 8 more time, I say 6 more fights then he will retire probably.

Well the next 9 months are pretty much layed out, atleast we hope. If he comes out victorious in all three bouts then I would like to see him fight the best at welter and best at light middle. Its too hard to give specific names since theres so much talent. We could be looking at Mayweather vs. Quintana in 2008 for all we know.

#1, i would like to say thats its EXTREMELY exciting that we are living the generation of possibly the greatest fighter of all time. many people think its impossible for mayweather to do it, but i think its very possible.

he just has to take more time off in-between fights.

beating jermain taylor is out of the question. that would be a super-duper-uper fight by the time that fight gets put together. if that fight was being considered, then that would mean MAYWEATHER already beat DLH, mosley, baldy, and spinks. not in that order

and taylor would have beaten ouma, and winky twice more.

they would both be the 2 biggest guys in the sport. that would be the biggest fight in the sport. i could see people who arent into boxing, paying to watch that fight. because not only would it be a great fight, but people like the idea of HUGE fights. people who never watch boxing bought tyson-lewis because of all the press it got, u know?

i seriously think mayweather could beat all those guys excepty taylor. He beats spinks and baldy easy (although im prayin baldy upsets him for some reason).

i think he beats mosley in a controversial decision, but in a FOTY type fight.

he demolishes DLH because DLH isnt the same. he just fought mayorga, who is taylor made for a powerful counter-puncher and he walks straight forward! Mayweather would beat him 8-4.

and he would beat winky in a tremendously boring fight, and in a close but clear decision.

for some reason, i dont wanna count that possibility out. lol. quintana made a fan outta me when he blew julio out of the water. he impressed me a lot. maybe julio isnt what we think he is, but if he is, then a lot more will be coming from the undefeated quintana

I don't see Mayweather fighting Jermaine Taylor EVER. Taylor is at 160 and is much taller than Floyd. Only way I could see that fight happening is if Jermaine came down to 154. I don't think Floyd would go to 160. He's only 5'8. Jermaine is much stronger and bigger. Floyd's only said he'll fight at 140, 147, and 154.

a baldy fight is more mega than the Cotto fight, IMO. because of the cinderella story and all.
By early 2009 Cotto should be very highly regarded as one of the best fighters in the world (as far as I can see). I meant Mega-fight as in two fighters who are regarded as the best in boxing going head to head. Floyd will be early 30's, Cotto late 20's. People will complain that Mosley and DLH are past their primes, that won't be a factor with PBF-Cotto. I was only presuming what might happen down the road. As I stated in the post, there is a lot that could change.
