Yes Garcia would win. Broner lost his last fight by a mile but crooked judges lied their asses off and said Broner won that fight by a mile. Any decent fighter can beat today's Broner and Garcia can beat Broner. But why would beating obviously washed up Broner get him a Pacquiao fight??????
Beating Broner would give Garcia a win at 147 over a former 147 champ that went 12 rounds with Pacquiao. If Garcia became the first person to stop Broner, he could say he did what Pac couldn't.
