Broner can't challenge the top guys at 147 or 140. So if Ryan Garcia avoids the guys at 135 and comes up from 135 to fight Broner at 147, would he win and set up his dream fight with Pacquiao?

Yes Garcia would win. Broner lost his last fight by a mile but crooked judges lied their asses off and said Broner won that fight by a mile. Any decent fighter can beat today's Broner and Garcia can beat Broner. But why would beating obviously washed up Broner get him a Pacquiao fight??????

At this point I would pick Ryan Garcia! Broner had a good career until Chino Maidana took his soul! I watched maybe one round of his last fight and switched it back to Berchelt vs Valdez. Broner is gun shy and freaking boring as hell.
