Well. Damn. I'm surprised. That was before I joined this forum, but still. You win, it's not as big a problem as I thought. Certainly seems it but I guess there are more believers in Crawford's skills than I thought.

Trust me, most here rate Crawford very highly. Don't take it personal when some dog him for his lack of competition. He would be the favorite on this board over EVERY WW. People just want to see him in against those top fighters. His prime is coming to an end, it will be a shame if he doesn't get a big fight until he is declined and ends up getting stopped or loses to a young gun like Ennis or Ortiz Jr.

I wouldn't get too carried away on Crawford considering the terrible opposition he has faced since winning the welterweight title. Pac is considered a top contender at 147 for his win over Thurman not Broner. Pac slaughtered an active Broner. The Broner who got a gift win yesterday had over two years of rust on him and the Pac beating to make him more gunshy and worse than ever.

Broner is definitely not a great win for Pac. Thurman was good/almost elite before inactivity/injuries/josesito lopez, but, it's a pretty good win for Pac considering he was like 40. A close decision over Thurman is better than anything Bud has done at 147.

That being said, I don't blame Pac for not fighting Crawford or Spence. He'd easily get destroyed by them, and his team knows this. Pac is too old.
