Plus Valdez is legitimately American. His mother is an American citizen, which legally makes him a natural born American. And yes he speaks English as well as anyone else here.

that's hilariously on point. I grew up and lived in Mexico 20+ years, moved to the U.S., learned English, went back back to visit....I kid you not, looked at like a leper within 6 months.
