  • I’d be shocked if that fight didn’t end Berchelts career. It was obvious he didn’t cut weight right or just cut far too much weight. I was surprised he made it that long. He stands straight up with his chin in the air it’s amazing he made it this far and had only been KOed once. Hopefully he’s ok. Props to Valdez he’s a classy champion fought a great fight.

The weight cut did seem like an issue but he just ran into a superior boxer who countered beautifully tonight. Valdez literally just as as close to a perfect performance as a fighter can do when evenly matched or not the betting favourite. Valdez is an excellent fighter who takes his trade seriously and I wish that young man the best

well, i have to finally give him his props, perfectly executed the new style to a TEE. i will rewatch this fight a thousand times now.
I agree. I also connected it to scot quig taking something out of valdez but man what a performance.

In the blood sweat tears episode valdez said he struggled to make weight and couldn't sleep so i would of thought he had problems
