A driver who flees the scene of an accident that results in the serious bodily harm of another person can face felony charges, including up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.
Yeah but all that means nothing really when a judge can always suspend a sentence, a D.A. can always offer reduced charges, or a combination of the both.

I am not rooting for him to do life but I do think he should face some jail time since somone did get seriously injured and we all know why he ran... DUI.

Perhaps this is why Ellerbe and Floyd wants that Ryan Garcia fight. Pay the legal fees and settlements

Sure. Why else would they flee the scene. It gets more complicated for whatever they reveal, that’s why all stories have to be in sync from Davis’ team. What if one of them folds under the pressure and starts stating circumstances like “ok yeah...we did a couple lines of blow at the club...”. Something as simple as that causes a domino effect. They the start questioning where they got the blow etc.. all it takes is for one to implode under pressure. What if one of Davis’ members gets yelled at the way Teddy Atlas yelled at Bradley to beat PAC? Like instead of “we are fireman!” its “we’d rock slang as! We swim in the purple cool-aid!” Gangsta!

Dumbass. Can't say I'm surprised. I hope they don't let him off easy just because he has money.

Probably ran cuz he was drunk. I think he has proven a number of times he is far from a modern day role model to the kids.

To be fair to him though he works with Floyd and Floyds whole career was about hit and run.

He’s more likely to be the next Adrian Broner than the next Floyd.
