Yea sure. I'm not saying the guy is Floyd, Manny or Oscar popular. But he's among the biggest active names, maybe top 10 idk, for sure top 25, in the sport today cuz of his casual fanbase & folks just interested in him more than his boxing.

agree with top 25 for sure...but not for much longer if he continues to lose in boring survival mode fashion against the top fighters...assuming he gets another shot at a big legit headliner .

Idk man. Hector Camacho's popularity lasted long past when he was relevant. Granted Camacho had more on his resume & was more highly considered than AB, but I think its easier for guys to stay in the publics eye now than in Hector's day.

I think as long as AB is winning the fights he's supposed to win, like this next one, & is with PBC or some other major player in boxing he'll be popular. If he starts losing to guys like this next guy &/or he gets cut loose & can't find a promoter with a TV deal cuz of some future crime or other horrific news that drops his stock massively then he'll be in trouble.

I think Broner has to admit that he is a Welterweight. He was more effective at 140 but he's not getting back down to that weight without a huge struggle. He is a big boned fighter with a thick upper chest and neck.
