Like I said, the racist ones are not needed. I wasn't talking about those types of channels. What I mean is we need analysts who'll give black fighters a fair shake, cuz right now there really aren't many. It's always been that way in boxing.
Let's look at it in reverse. Some black announcers are very aware, since they were always victims of unfair media and analysis, and always make sure they're treating everyone equally. One of the best announcing performances I thought that meant putting your emotions aside was the way Andre Ward and Tim Bradley called Kovalev's rematch with Elder Alvarez. Kovalev is a scumbag piece of **** and those 2 had every right to hate his guts and be biased as hell against him. But they realized that it's not about what you do outside the ring, their job is to tell you exactly what is happening inside the ring. And they gave Kov credit for a great bounce back win and his ability to mesh with his new trainer McGirt.
This is more of what we need when it comes to black fights. None of the "he's so boring" or "he went to jail" bs. I just wanna see people call boxing,
