GGG criticized for pursuing Canelo fight, Canelo not criticized for being open to it.

    Makes complete sense, obviously.

You criticize the guy willing to move up in weight to fight the number one p4p fighter and former light heavyweight champion... and don’t criticize the guy entertaining a fight against a 40 year old from a lower weight division.

    Duh.

I don’t think people refuse to criticize both. It’s just the publications like to cater to Canelo.

I’m referring to the fans on here.

GGG has been chasing this fight for years and all caught was criticism.

For trying to fight the guy who was widely considered as the best in the world.

Those same people won’t criticism Canelo for what looks to be a soft touch at this stage.

This & your other thread makes zero sense,GGG ducked Canelo twice already since the rematch.(even you know this)

Ggg has been "aging" himself by admittedly ducking Canelo to chase complete jobbers like Szeremeta, whom wasn't ordered & whom he couldn't even blast out after getting early kd. (With 2 weeks vada after long sabbaticals,& he looks like hulk Marquez)

Reverse BenGGGamin Button G has been wasting literal yrs of his career ever since Canelo took his soul, yet his fans insist on making asses out of themselves

Ggg gets criticism for acting like a fraud after yrs of lies. Canelo has already offered ggg another rematch & was turned down "because ggg isn't ready yet for Canelo,he needs more szeremeta(bums)"(Banks own quote)

Fans before they fought or after Bc I don’t think anyone was criticizing him for wanting this fight in 2017.

GGG lost his titles by one point on a split decision in Canelo country. Many viewers think he deserved to win both fights. What proud boxer would not want a third fight? He really has not chased the third fight much for almost two years and has given up on it. I am sure he would jump on a chance to fight Canelo at 168 if the fight were offered to him but that is very unlikely.

Canelo is after the 168 titles, ggg is not even on his radar...
if an apropiate offer comes maybe he will consider, but so far nothing points that way during pandemic...
let ggg continue his bum tour while canelo chases for undisputed...
they are after very different challenges, cant even compare..

They fought twice already. TBH I’m not interested in a 3rd fight. I know DAZN is pushing for this fight because they gave GGG a ton of money to sign with them. But I don’t think the fight is as big as it was 2 years ago.
