Further, Since the Commission had found him not guilty of knowing anything about the USED GAUZE PAD in his wraps, (although their minimum year suspension was because "you are the captain of your ship" and should have known) Arum took the Commission to Court demanding proof that there was anything harmful in Margarito's wraps (there actually wasn't, it was only a use gause knuckle pad instead of a new one-even an electronic microscope could only find "TRACES" (too small to be seen) of 2 elements of plaster of paris, but commonly used for cosmetics all over the world. The damned dust particles was talcum powder)

The Commission couldn't defend it, and Arum won by default.

You huys should know your facts. I read every word of every legal document about that matter as it was happening. Some fat idiot said he saw "BRICKS" falling from the wraps. The Commissioner whowas the FIRST to handle the gauze pad, said under oath, that it was just a pad, "with a few water spots on it". (probably sweat).

I agree 100%. Trump is the goods no doubt. Brilliant and thinks "out of the box". Baffled the whole international political world and achieved more than any other President to date.

You sound ignorant, and what you say, and the way you say it shows that you are. He hasn't run Top Rank since 2004, when he handed over to his step-son DeBoeuf. He's just the guy who gives interviews chats with everyone, is 89 and still loves the give-and take of boxing. Leave the old man alone. If you ever get to be 89 and are still as sharp as you are today (which isn't much) you'll be lucky and thankful. I wish you well.

Isn't this the same Bob Arum that came up with excuses for YEARS as to why Pacquiao wouldn't take blood tests to fight Floyd in 2010? Yeah... Also, besides being outsmarted by Trump when it comes to business, Arum is so petty that he'll arbitrarily go against someone that Dana White supports.

At least he's honest about it.That corny old crap is from many years ago, when Arum was having a few drinks with some reporters. He indiscreetely told them a few facts, but "strictly off the record".. This was promised,. The next day, one of the same reporters aske dhim a question, to which Arum replied. The reporter sais "that's not what you told me last night", Arum quick as ever with a quip, said "Yesterday I was telling lies, today I'm telling the truth". A pretty sharp on-the-spot answer. Even so, pretty smart, and now it's in the history books.

That has caused. a whole generation of ignoramuses to repeat this as "proof" that Arum inever tells the truth. As if there are no other promoters who tell lies...... only HE.

Don't slant truth with lies. You are referring to the late 1990s when IBF Chief Bobby Lee was charged with Money Laundering, Extortion, and Tax evason. 42 people were , some charged and some as witnesses. Arum was a witness. When he was sworn under oath, he told the truth. You guys have no idea how much respect lawyers have for a sworn oath; when under oath, they MUST tell the truth..

So Arum told the truth, as did many others. So you have to make up lies.....WHY....??? Do you feel that you're kicking Arum when he doesn't even know you exist...??

While we are in agreement about what happened to Cotto, it’s incredibly shocking that you’d ask for proof about Wilder’s crazy claims. This was literally everywhere 👇
