              No rematch clause was because (apparently) after the negotiations were done but before the contract was signed, Lopez Sr. taunted Loma about it saying that cowards ask for rematch clauses. Loma took the bait and removed it.

              It shouldn't matter anyway, they have the same damn promoter. If both guys want it, it can happen regardless. Just one guy doesn't want it.
