A few years ago nobody in a million years could've predicted Canelo would become #1 at 168,or ko any version of Kov at 175(most haters said he was fos & using those guys names to sell bum fights)

I think Spence unlike Crawford can beat 154 lbers like Mell & 168 lbers like Plant especially,Spence is the only ww who probably hits harder than Plant at walking around weight. Speed kills! If a fighter brings much higher velocity accurate,well timed punches to the fight, that's already most of the requirements to ko his opponent. Especially when that fighter is Spence.

Power force is mass multiplied by acceleration (speed in boxing terms),so if a fighter is a faster puncher & has heavy hands,his punches are harder,I think Spence at 168 would be that guy.

The fact that Spence is P4P as good as 2021 Canelo remains to be seen. Getting a SD over Porter and a SD over GGG are 2 different things.

Canelo has a chin, speed and defense. That's is basically what you need moving up.

Spence is kinda slow (I believe Plant is faster than Spence) not that much powerfull and is defense is OK.

Plant doesn't have a big punch at 168 but I believe his power would be effective on a smaller guy like Spence.

I believe with his reach and speed, Plant would land a lot on Spence. Tough fight for Spence.

Spence can't stop lil Mikey he's not hurting Plant.
