Chris Areolla will STOP RUIZ JR

People want to underestimate him but this isn't some glass jawed bodybuilder.

Chris is a 100% mecican vato, and he is going to be on fire fighting for Mexican pride.

No way he let's Ruiz win this one, Ruiz will be throwing his tubby combos, Areolla will fire back with brutal wide hooks and Ruiz will drop first.

Will probably play out like Nipple vs Pierogi. Millions of punches, fat dudes soaking up punishment, with no knockdowns and weird score cards.

This is the third thread I have seen you start recently trying to turn some better than average heavyweight into a superman who is much better than everyone else thinks he is. If he fought Ruiz he would be a big betting underdog and here are a few reasons why. He has not fought in about 18 months and is probably retired. Ruiz is 31 and Chris is about to turn 40. He is damn near as fat as Ruiz. He has a pro record of 38 win and 6 losses and 3 of those losses were by KO. Ruiz has a pro record of 32 wins and two losses and has never been KOed. Ruiz was good enough to win the world heavyweight title. Chris had chances to win a world heavyweight title but was so easily defeated each time, The facts add up to a Ruiz win in my opinion should Chris come out of retirement and fight him.

Chris didn’t stop Kownacki but he’s going to stop a guy who walked right through Joshua’s best shots?

Only way Ruiz gets stopped is if he gets injured stepping over Arreola lying on the canvas

He is????? When did they announce this fight? I missed that. My guess is Chris is retired for good and not fighting any more. He turns 40 in a few weeks. He lost his last fight by UD 18 months ago to a guy who has since been KOed by an average heavyweight.
