    Sounds about right.

When a british fighter is coming up, you literally hear about them before they go pro.
With mexicans, it seems like every other weekend one upsets someone else highly touted guy.

Mexicans are like a factory, they are literally born and bred for this.
No disrespect, but they cleaned out Puerto Rico too.

Man PR has been on a horrible drought for a country who was once a power house in the sport they are almost non existent now.

        • Anyone from the UK know what the odds were on a Lara win?

Not in the UK, but I saw 12-1.

            • Didn’t see this shocker coming. Warrington had been inactive for 16 months, but showed lack of boxing IQ in there last night. At close exchanges Lara was landing venomous hooks and yet Josh was trading hooks and consistently coming off worst. As the saying goes, never hook with a hooker. Had Josh boxed and moved and tried to frustrate and set tracks he may have remained unbeaten. Josh has got a good engine and I’m amazed he went further than the 3rd round as he was cooked after the first knockdown.

You're doing josh a disservice there, he was never a technical fighter and like someone else said he has over achieved purely on heart and work rate. Noone thought josh was top tier but we can easily say kiko Martinez is/was better than lara and Josh beat him so. I think the inactivity and lack of fans and wrong mindset cost him here as well as his lack of ring IQ which agreed Mexicans are definitely more naturally adept at than british fighters. All nations have traits and styles but I don't think Josh was hyped enough to be a hypjob and his ko ratio speaks for itself. Good spirited tough fighter though. First ever knockdown for him wasnt it?

                • The power was too much for Josh but the 'tactics' were crazy,
bombing with a bomber. The ref should be looked at and suspended as he was there to save Josh and should have stopped the slaughter in r4 when Josh clearly didn't know where he was and couldn't walk .Howard foster needs to be brought to task here , what he allowed was clearly inept and dangerous , Josh may never recover from this intense beating.

Tell me a SINGLE more situation where am.foot. player can use his foot on a ball to other 4:
                    - an optional 1 point shoot for a goal after a TD
                    - 3-pointer kick which is twice (or more) less than a TD
                    - the beginning of opponents offense when you kick ball as far as possible for them to catch
                    - when quarter-back decides to just run with a ball instead of throwing and then decides to kick a ball for a goal.
... Oh wait, the last one, is it even real? Don't tell me you hadn't already went to google if it is legit at all, ahahahaa!

You know when players are allowed to play ball with their feet in real football? Always! Aha-ha-ha.
