Hearn is full of two fight payoffs and rematch clauses , I wonder if Povetkin will get one should he lose? The loser of the Fury v Joshua fight should be made to earn a shot like everyone else.

Why ? Usyk has had like two fights in heavyweight. And it wasn’t like he had a star studded performance against an aging chisora.

You want them to divide the belts again ? Let these guys fight and have a real champion with all the belts. Usyk can fight someone with a pulse at heavyweight, but it’s a risk for him because he could lose based on his recent performances.

Rematch clause is a commercial decision. Nothing to do with the WBO.

They have a choice. Strip him now and watch the other orgs take part in the biggest heavyweight fight in decades, or agree to a mandatory after the first fight.

At that point they can do what they want. Although their champion won't really be the champion. Which highlights just how pointless all these different belts are.

I have similar thoughts but if the mandatory is skipped the promoters who already run wild would be totally uncontrollable....The hair on the back of my neck stands up just thinking of what Edward Hearn would conjure up!
