It's good for marketing if all the belts are on the line.

Because it won't be false. The winner of that fight will be the undisputed champ.

If your argument is that the winner will be undisputed anyway regardless of the belt then i agree but not everyone will see it that way so it makes sense just to have all four belts on the line for promotional purposes.

Joseph Parker, after a win against Fa, should be fighting for any vacant belt.

Neither Usyk or Joyce earned their spot at the front of the queue.

Its a fight between the 2 men who stand at the top and hold all the belts. That's surely what any Boxing fan want.
Which is why the second fight isn't necessary. Why does it have to be a two fight deal? What if it's a complete white washing? Rematches should be for really close fights or epic fights that the fans want to see again. Not just throw a ****ing rematch clause into every contract.

If win milk it or set up a change of the guard fight vs aj vs fury winner if not retired.

Cause that's what Hearn always wants. 2 fight deals. He's trying to cash in on 2 fights, with a fighter that don't belong to him.He thinks if his fighter is the A side he will put in a rematch clause or 2 fight deal. Canelo just beat his fighter but no rematch clause was put in cause Canelo calls the shots. Fury and Arum shouldn't even agree to a 2 fight deal. If the loser wants a rematch, he could ask for it.

Seems like another example of "blame Hearn for everything". There are other people involved in this deal. Arum, Warren, Fury, AJ.

Maybe all parties wanted a rematch clause? It maximises their profits. People were criticizing Loma for not having a rematch clause, saying it was dumb. I doubt Fury or Joshua have to agree to a rematch clause if they don't want to.
