David Haye is my pick, had like 30 fights mostly against journeymen but talked his way into a lucrative fight with Wlad where he just ran around the ring avoiding contact and didn't do much after that.

The guy is my hero and the epitome of working smart and not hard.

He also admitted once to not doing roadwork either.

Besides that, I'm going with JCC Jr. He gets paydays off his name alone. How much did he make to be a punching bag for Canelo?

Toney definitely had a metric ton of bad habits, but I feel like he probably sparred more in the 90's than any other boxer. Thats a fooking work ethic like few others got, even if he was drinking Pepsi & eating donuts between rounds.

I would add George Foreman’s career post comeback. He was scarfing down cheeseburgers during training camps, which weren’t all that rigorous to begin with.
Idk much about Two Ton Tony, but he didn't look like he put in much work thats for sure. And the way he fought he seemed very off the street-ish so I doubt he was working all that hard on his craft.

Wasn't the Big George cheeseburger training just a gimmick? That was the vibe I always got. But its not like any of these dudes with crazy power gotta work all that hard in particular at HW where power can get you further than any other division.

Notoriously lazy in training, but, modern folks have made him seem worse than he was. There's a thread in history that covers Tony and Dempsey back when Dempsey was helping Toney out.

One of the versions of this event was Dempsey got upset with Toney half assing sparring he got in the ring and knocked him out.

The other is he was trying to show Toney tricks and bloodied his lips.

jorge kahwagi doesn't need a training not even once, but still winning.
