Toney would be drinking big gulp cola in the gym and eat himself into the next division between fights. But he was that talented he could hang with the heavyweights.

Toney definitely had a metric ton of bad habits, but I feel like he probably sparred more in the 90's than any other boxer. Thats a fooking work ethic like few others got, even if he was drinking Pepsi & eating donuts between rounds.

Wasn't the Big George cheeseburger training just a gimmick? That was the vibe I always got. But its not like any of these dudes with crazy power gotta work all that hard in particular at HW where power can get you further than any other division.
