Who Got The Most From Boxing While Putting The Least In?

With the talk of all the things Deontay doesn't do in training according to Mark Breland its made me wonder how far one can go in boxing, how much money can they make with the least hardwork & dedication.

I'm talking as lil training as possible or bad training. I'm talking never getting a solid trainer or not listening to your good trainer. I'm talking, if its even possible, without even having a notable promoter taking up for you.

Who are some guys who just got a massive ROI in boxing from what they put in vs what they got out?

And I'm talking legit career boxers not like Conor McGregor or any novelty guy who's got 1 or a handful of fights.

Max Baer was notorious for not taking training seriously.

Willie Pastrano, former LHW champion who trained as little as possible.

    Tony Galento

    Butterbean

I would add George Foreman’s career post comeback. He was scarfing down cheeseburgers during training camps, which weren’t all that rigorous to begin with.

Tony Galento immediately came to my mind.

Galento trained on beer and Pastrano trained on p***y.

I’d probably have to go with Zab...I know he was a great amateur, snatched up that undisputed status for a minute, but other than Spinx, he never won a significant fight. Kostya, Cotto, Floyd, Kahn, Danny G, Baldomir...etc...Lots of big paydays for a very B Level guy.

I like Butterbean, he had quite a novelty career.

Besides that, I'm going with JCC Jr. He gets paydays off his name alone. How much did he make to be a punching bag for Canelo?

                Zab Judah and Adrien Broner.
Countless title shots for no good reason.

Toney would be drinking big gulp cola in the gym and eat himself into the next division between fights. But he was that talented he could hang with the heavyweights.
