I don't get it. What is so wrong about his position? He 's 100% right. Great fighter, but they've been taking on fighters on purpose who match up well with him stylistically.

Don't take the video out of context. He said his last few opponents, Yildirim, Smith, Saunders, Kovalev. While not fighting guys that people want him to fight like Charles and Andrade.

Yldirim is a mandatory to the belt he just won from Smith.

Canelo hasn't even fought Saunders yet and people are already complaining? BJS has a 168 lb belt so he is fair game.

Charlo is saying he doesn't want to fight at 168 so he is irrelevant to Canelo.

By "they" I mean any non casual hardcore boxing fan knows, and knew for years, Andrade and charlo were the only real comp in canelo's weight classes. It's only the fake hype job racist media pushing the narrative that GGG and Kovalev were elite level boxers. It's not a skin color thing, everyone who knows boxing knows that Andrade and Charlo could beat Alvarez, including Alvarez himself which is why he's been ducking them for almost 10 years.

So if Purses Only doesn't want that smoke then there is no need to keep mentioning him anymore as far as Canelo is concerned.

That poster is upset, like many others, that Crawford isn�t considered P4P #1. That�s why �they� try to create a narrative that Charlo or Andrade are the ones to dethrone Canelo off the list. First off, those clowns are still at 160. They are waiting for Canelo to clean house at 168 and then move up for mandatory establishment. They (both LDBC fans and the fighters themselves -lol) want Canelo to beat the remaining Champions so that they don�t have to risk it themselves. These guys just want Canelo paydays and will go through leaps to make it seem Canelo is ducking them
