Below heavyweight, basically every UK fighter other than maybe Taylor is all talk with limited skill. Most can’t deal with a pressure fighter nor can they deal with a skilled boxer. They’re basically record padders for the better boxers.

Why else do you think their resumes are the worst in world boxing? if your guys didn't duck all the time and actually fought someone, you'd have no top fighters right now as they'd be sent packing.
