Sure Crawford gets purses to fight has-beens, low ranked fighters, and overmatched opponents but Arum doesn’t like that and probably won’t so something like that again. Crawford’s ROI is crap. TR has been burned by it and they’re probably paranoid about doing it again. Arum regrets investing into Crawford. Nothing came out of it. Although I do think Lopez has more upside than Crawford. I think he can have a good ROI for TR. But TR seems like they’re going to push him away.
    Not so fast:
"We have a three-and-a-half-year contract after the fight with (Lopez),” Arum pointed out. “If they put him on their platform, he comes right back to our platform and presumably he’s got viewers from their platform and now maybe they’re interested in him."

I mean, Teo's not Mexican, so it's not like he has that base built in.

He's not even Puerto Rican, so I guess maybe a mil & a half would be okay for a 23 year old who's just breaking into the P4P discussion.

He was just struggling with that Japanese dude on ESPN not that long ago.

What big names has Tank fought to be able to generate the revenue he has? Commey, Nakatani, and Loma is a better resume than Tank.

In this case, no. Arum is a realist. Lopez isn't a star.

Lol are you latino/hispanic. Latino/Hispanic boxers don’t have to be Mexican or Puerto Rican to be supported by the latino community.

Robert Duran was loved by Latinos. He was Panamanian.

Alexis Arguello was Nicaraguan. Very popular in his time.

Carlos Monzon was Argentinian. He was loved by latino community.

Sergio Martinez is Argentine, he was loved by latinos/hispanics.

$1.25 million for a Kambosos fight seems pretty fair to be honest.

he wont get a million before he rematches Loma, thats what Bob is saying, and we all agree, Loma shouldnt be so generous offering this guy a little extra to get in the ring with him in first place
