Then why wait until the contract ran out (after 2 extensions)?
The mediation is for show, nothing more, his ego won't let him show cowardice so he pretends to want the fight to save face, but I see he has you confused again.
It's understandable that you can be fooled and played by Wilder, after all he is a genius.
Oh wait!
For show, he'll knock Fury's head into Bob Arum's lap, especially if he's allowed to use the same manipulative horsehair gloves Fury used in the second fight.Comment

Didn't think about that... if so, what a plot twist.
I never fully understood how/why the rematch clause seemed to have expired and is no longer enforceable by Wilder. Covid came along and messed everything up. That alone should offer the option to extend
deadlines to schedule the fight.
There was a clause in the contract. It specified a date in July by which date the rematch needed to occur. It also specified that if there was a delay for some unforeseen and uncontrollable event, they could add on 90 days to that date. Wilder needed surgery on his bicep (he claimed) and therefore the 90 days were added on. This meant he needed to arrange his rematch for late October.
It didn't happen because of the pandemic. Guess what? The contract didn't have a clause in it covering the pandemic because no one so saw such a thing coming, however, a strong argument could be made that the 90 days covers all delays. Therefore it is subject to interperation as to whether the wording of the contract as written should be honoured or whether it goes without saying that the pandemic means inevitably that a delay should be weathered and Wilder's right to a rematch remain intact far beyond the dates explicitly decreed in the contract.
Arum views the situation as being that the wording of the contract is clear and final.
Wilder's team views that the wording in the contract is not the be-all and end-all and that the pandemic automatically means some mitigation is in order.
Because they don't agree, it goes to binding arbitration, as dictated by the contract.
It is what arbitration decides that counts. Not your view that covid automatically gives Wilder the right to piss all over the pages of the contract that he signed.Comment

What mediation? We're at the arbitration phase. Please keep up. But this is only for show. If the judge rules in Wilder's favor, Wilder will, begrudgingly, be forced to fight Fury so his diabolical scheme will backfire and he'll have to fight Fury again.
For show, he'll knock Fury's head into Bob Arum's lap, especially if he's allowed to use the same manipulative horsehair gloves Fury used in the second fight.
You are a conspiracy theorist who believes all the paranoid nonsense in this former "boxer's" ego addled mind.
I'm sorry you got fooled by cheap tricks and cherry picked opponents, but it's over now, time to face reality and give up on the BS.
Fury is the only decent boxer he has fought in his entire career (unless you count Ortiz), and he lost to him twice.
Drop the dead donkey, it's slowing you down.Comment

They have announced that the PPV will be £40. The rematch will have crowds the first fight won't (unless there's a change in whatever country the fight is in).Comment

Well that is a big dare . Going through anyone’s comments like yours is certainly a challenge considering not one post will have any truth or logic in them so going through your entire history one would also have to have a good sense of humor or actually like your content .
You don’t have to pretend you are a boxing fan ,everyone knows you’re a Wilder fan instead and you’ve already exposed how uneducated up you are , much smarter trolls then you are on this forum ,up your game I’ve already told you that a few times otherwise you don’t bring nothing to the table here .
