If David Benavidez Fights Canelo And Wins In September, WHAT NARRATIVE GETS DRIVEN?

What narrative will be pushed if Benavidez Beats Canelo?

Is it that Canelo wasnt that good and been exposed? or that Benavidez is really that talented?

Canelo wont fight Benavidez in September and IF he does he will lose IMO that said though that's why he wont fight him.

No narrative would need to be pushed. In an ideal world ppl would accept it as proof that Canelo lost because he wasn’t a Cherrypicker like ggg and Floyd Mayweather. Newsflash brother none of the ATGs like Duran, Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson were undefeated. Also look at the size difference and tell me that this isn’t a risky fight for Canelo . There you go

Who fooking knows. Maybe it's just that David was better or maybe Canelo broke his hand or got a bad cut in the 2nd or who knows what happens that may or may not have played a part in this speculative L.

I think you're too influenced by the ****** mfers here to ask a question like this that you think a narrative can be created by just someone winning & someone losing. Anyone who's first move is to create a narrative on a L is probably someone you shouldn't pay much attention to.

That said there could be a legit narrative on why someone won or someone lost, but the overwhelming majority of the time the narrative is simply the guy who won was better on the night.

I don't know what others would say but I think Benavidez is a great young fighter who might beat just about anybody in his weight class even the excellent Canelo.
