Hopefully it's true. Reynoso is a very good trainer but he and Nery don't mesh well imo.

Reynosos is the goods, so is Nery.

    Wish both the best.

Yeah, those two didn't mesh well at all. Nery needs to go with someone like Roach.

Great news if true. I'm with you OP. I dont think their trainer/fighter styles meshed well at all. I was stoked when he planned on hiring Freddy Roach but then that didn't happen which was disappointing.

Robert Garcia would be the best option for him IMO.

Lol. “They don’t mesh well” but he won the vacant with Eddy. He made weight with Eddy.

What you guys don’t know is that Eddy is very very strict in the gym. He and Team Ruiz almost had a falling out and “good people” convinced Andy to stay and he did. Even Ryan’s dad said Eddy is very strict about things and they had to acknowledge it. Henry said it was the right path as well.

Luis didn’t like the strict business at Canelo camp.

Yeah, this is the impression I get too. All the controversy around Nery doesn't paint an image of a disciplined fighter, and it's clear that Reynoso runs a tough ship.

Undefeated World Boxing Council super bantamweight champion Luis 'Pantera' Nery has advised ESPN Deportes that he parted ways with veteran trainer Eddy Reynoso. Nery, who is 31-0 with 24 knockouts, had only one fight with Reynoso in the corner, when he beat Mexico's Aaron Alameda last September to win the vacant 122-pound championship as part of Showtime's pay-per-view undercard to the Charlo brothers doubleheader.

Probably for the best, Reynosos got what, 5 or 6 guys they're training?

He better find a good one, if he's going to fight Figueroa or Fulton!
