Bottomline is, he hasn’t fought for 18 months, his last major win was 4 years ago. Either he doesn’t have the motivation to fight or his promotional outfit are having trouble with dates/fights etc. Personally I think he is looking to cash out but he isn’t going to get anyone to give him the sort of cash that he is looking for, not his own promoter, not anyone outside of his PBC Island.Comment

50/50 chance it's Bud who he fights. Carl Maretti ha already made a counter offer.
If by March 15th they can have 50% occupancy at AT&T, he will be fighting Spence, wether Spence likes it or not. They can both do decent PPV #'s with Keef. He just doesn't want money on the back end, he wants a guarantee up front.
Trust me, 1st hand knowledge friendsComment

He's done, but if he does fight, he better fight a tune up fight (or 2). He hasn't looked good in many years.
If he fights Spence, Crawford or even Danny Garcia, he loses easy, maybe gets stopped.
He will need some rounds and confidence to get a belt, won't be easy at this stage.
Broner vs Thurman, both guys need a win, loser is done at the top.Comment
