      Bottomline is, he hasn’t fought for 18 months, his last major win was 4 years ago. Either he doesn’t have the motivation to fight or his promotional outfit are having trouble with dates/fights etc. Personally I think he is looking to cash out but he isn’t going to get anyone to give him the sort of cash that he is looking for, not his own promoter, not anyone outside of his PBC Island.
