Comments Thread For: Pfeifer Confident He Would Have Stopped Dubois Had They Fought

Erik Pfeifer, who holds two wins over Olympic gold medal winner Tony Yoka in the amateurs, believes he would have knocked out Daniel Dubois had they collided as scheduled. Pfeifer (7-0, 5 KOs) was set to face Dubois last August, but ten days prior to the fight he was replaced by Ricardo Snijders.

Dubois is very basic with a lot of power. He had to advance to joyce and didnt take the risk with pfeifer.

      Rubbish. Just another German bum.

I think a sign of a poor boxer is one who suddenly makes noise about beaten fighters.

"I could have done that too!!"

Oh yeah? Well why didn't you??

Pfieffer has a point after the press conference Dubois pulled out with a week to go and then fought a far less worthy opponent

Another Timo Hoffman looking prospect spouting off after the fact. Sure he beat Yoka twice in the amateurs but that means nothing in the pro ranks.

Totally makes a mockery of Dubois Number 2 ranking before the Joyce fight and Joyce ranking now.
