I feel that it's between Teo and Davis currently.

Haney and Garcia are just too green at the moment. If either of those two fight either of the former, I would bet on them to lose. Because they are just inexperienced right now.

Teo and Davis are the leaders. Maybe Lomachenko still around there as well but he's lost his luster and nobody talks about him anymore, and he has gone into hiding quietly.
